Despite your situation, whether you have $10 million in your account or $10, you have the ability to set a goal and take actions towards that goal. There is nothing wrong with dreaming big, but are you allowing the level of your dream to prevent you from starting? Maybe you feel as though it takes a certain level of education, money, or social status in order to accomplish this goal. Because you don’t possess these things, you allow trepidation to outweigh your ambition. The longer you allow these excuses to fill your mind, the more you allow time to pass by without any forward strides. These excuses position you to be placed in a constant cycle of dismay and procrastination that become hard to shake.
Step by step, we will improve on our journey to completing our goal. There will probably be many times that you take a step and it ends up being a pot hole. Your ability to dust yourself off and persevere is what matters the most.
Don’t wait for the “perfect” time in order to begin your quest, because your life will probably pass you by. There will always be reasonable doubt and not so ideal circumstances. Focus on the reasons why your dream can come to fruition. The more attempts you take, undoubtedly make your stronger, more skilled, and more experienced. The best way to predict and define your future success is to take a step today. How can you optimize your journey with the resources you have currently? Take 30 minutes out of your day to really answer this question. After you form a solid answer, follow it up by planning daily activities, big or small, that you will accomplish in order to make strides in your journey.

I love this. I often hold back because I don’t think I’m “good enough,” yet, but I’ve been challenging that lately and it’s so freeing.
I agree that it is a very liberating experience! We not currently possess the skills it takes to be “great”. But If we never start, we forfeit our opportunity to achieve success! So keep going for it! ☺️
I absolutely love the message behind this post! We often let things hold us back, but it is so important to remember nothing will ever be perfect, and to just go for it. Thank you for sharing! xx Alex
This is a great post. One of the biggest things my mom instilled in me is to persevere. It can be super hard but you really can’t get anywhere without it.
Wonderful advice and such a good read!
